Payment Options: We accept UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, and wallet payments. Some packages may require an advance deposit.
Pricing: Prices for holiday packages may change due to seasonal demand, currency fluctuations, or supplier revisions.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Customer Cancellations:
30+ days before departure: [50% refund]
15–30 days before departure: [25% refund]
Less than 15 days: No refund.
Company Cancellations: If we cancel a tour package due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or an alternative booking
Travel Documents & Visa Support
Travellers must ensure they have valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and permits for all destinations.
Our team offers visa and documentation assistance but is not responsible for delays or rejections caused by incomplete or incorrect details.
Liability & Limitations
- We work with trusted hotels, airlines, and transport providers, but cannot be held responsible for issues beyond our control.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for disruptions caused by natural calamities, strikes, political unrest, or health emergencies.
Travellers should ensure their own safety and secure belongings during the trip.
